I've a question regarding NAT.
Does FPL using NAT traversal solutions such as Session Traversal Utilities for NAT (STUN), Traversal Using Relay NAT (TURN), or Interactive Connectivity Establishment (ICE) ?

Re: NAT
A lot of that stuff you mention is related to your router and ATA, and not the VOIP carrier. Most of that stuff is still rather flaky, thus made obsolete, so it is best to leave it alone, because it won't help you much. Freephoneline's proxy server is as good as it gets, but even there, you can have issues if your router is not up to snuff. If you have a router that can flash to DD-WRT, you can save yourself a lot of aggravation.
For reliability, you need to forward one SIP port to the ATA, (you have a choice from ports 5060 to 6060 to select, just pick one) and an RTP port, which can be any available port, but I use 12000.
