Hello all, just looking for some help with a small setup problem. I have the Grandstream ATA and it works perfectly except for keeping the right time for the call display. The time on the display is right when the phone is not in use, and the time and date stamp in voicemails is correct, but if I miss a call and check the call display, the time is one hour behind. If I reset the unit, it returns to normal, but after a while (not sure how long) it reverts back to being one hour behind. This is the dial string I have set into it: 4,1,7,2,0;10,-1,7,2,1;60
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Re: day light savings time
this is what I have for my dial string, it works for me, hopefully for you
3,2,7,2,0;11,1,7,2,0;60
I have to ask a dumb question, but do you have the correct time zone selected?

Hi
I do have the same issue, I have Linksys WRTP54G 2FXS, where do I go and change the time zone or time. My caller ID time is always an hour behind.
Thanks
