Local Services 811 and 311

I am curious to know if there will ever be support for local services such as info Sante (811) and Public Work (311).
This service is something missing from other VOIP providers. My reasonsing for it is mostly because they are US based.

I tried 311 (in Ottawa) and it does not work. You can however call it by dialing 613-580-2400

This is because 613-580-2400 (City of Ottawa Info Hotline - 311) is just like 911, we would need to create a special routing table & rule for our dial plan to allow such a thing.

I will talk to the company and see what we can do, we would need to trunk the 613-580-2400 number onto the "hot dial" number 311, as with all numbers we supply in Canada.

What about 310 toll free numbers? I.e. 310-BELL? They seem to work sometimes when you add the area code but not all the time. I guess it depends how the call is routed at that particular time.

The "310" is for Bell customers as a global "speed dial" of sorts. As for Pizza Hut, I'm sure they would have a non-310-PIZZA-HUT number you could call
