Is it posible to turn off the freephoneline voice mail?

Post by ta_king »

Is it possible to set up the account so that it just rings or goes busy after 20 rings?

I get the occasional call that I rather not have to explain why I don't check my voice mail regularly.

Nope, they make it answer so they get a little amount of money by terminating the call (even though it is to your voice mail). It all helps to keep FPL free.

Perhaps they could play a Budweiser commercial instead.
