I cannot hear anything when I answer or make a call

I can accept a call and make a call but no audio - I cannot hear and cannot be heard. The only Audio I hear is the incoming ring and the alert when the call is dropped.

I am using Freephoneline version: 3.0.3.0 on Windows 7...

This is a persistent problem....

HELP...?
