Can't purchase voip unlock key?

Post by pete_fpl »

I signed up my mother for an account, and noticed there is no option to purchase the voip unlock file. How can I purchase the file for her account?

I just checked an account I have not bought the config file on and I see the option.

Is it possible there is a cookie problem somewhere? It could be the page is thinking you are on your account (if you have the config file that is) so you don't see the option.

Have you tried from another browser/computer?

That's strange. I would call in then. It could be something silly like the 911 information has not been verified or something.

ya that's what i thought actually. just got off the phone. apparently someone purchased the config file for this number back in november. the number was deactivated and the rep said the number should have been clean and able to purchase the file. so in 24hrs he said i should be able to purchase it :)

Ok update time.

Called again because 2 days wait and still no option to buy the config file online. After a few attempts by the rep, he tried to take down my credit card information to purchase the file, but ran into more problems. So basically I gave up and deleted the account and got a new one. I tried to purchase the config file under the new number but again could not make the purchase because this time the transaction wouldn't go through on the payment page. Now it says I've reached the max attempts, basically I'm stumped.

If it's been 24hrs since you last tried, you can try again online. Alternatively, just call in and purchase a config file on the new account because they'll be able to do it immediately for you. I don't want to see you waiting any longer for this!
