Is this prefix supposed to be not covered?

I get insufficient funds when I call it.


Can you also check 519-396-xxxx

By the looks of it 519-537 and 519-539 should be covered, but not 519-538. Maybe Steve or Kris will confirm this though.
Same with 519-396.

519-396 and 519-338 do not reside in our free calling area at this time. These areas are only $0.02/min to call though - so adding even a $5 long distance voucher to your account would last you 250 minutes of calling (or slightly over four hours).
