Weird problem of purchasing LD credit online

I have recently tried to purchase LD credit online.
I found it didn't allow me to choose "Don't Keep On File" even I selected Disable auto renewal.
When I clicked submit, it always says "Error: You must save credit card information for the auto-renew service"
But I don't want auto renew nor saving my CC info. It happened 4,5 times this week, made me impossible to buy the LD credit online.

I would contact customer service and deal with this thru a live human to get it resolved.

Just my two cents worth.

Same here trying to purchase Unlock key. After all, with the amount of recent hacking to many online systems from McDonalds to Pentagon, keeping CC info on file is a huge liability.
