Hi,

I'm trying to use freephoneonline with my computer now, tring to make a call, but it says the account is blocked. So I cant use it?
What's the problem?

my freephone number is (REMOVED) and username is (REMOVED)

NVM....it's in my junk mail....says "Unable to verify information for 911"......what should I do? my info are complete and full

1st you probably want to edit your first post, users on this forum don't really have any use for your number anyway - we can only try and help you with our advise. Kris (admin) or Steve might ask you to PM it to them though.
2nd I would call FPL and speak to them. This will your fastest way to get the line fixed. Pick a number from this list http://www.freephoneline.ca/contactUs but as I write this they are probably shut. Open again tomorrow at 9:00 am EST.

It would seem there was a problem with the 911 details you put, and the details that they could check against you. It just all has to link up, but a simple call to them should sort it all out.

Please be weary of the consequences of posting your personal phone number and username on a public forum. I have edited your post to remove these details.

At your earliest convenience, please phone our office to speak with a rep to have your account unblocked. We usually try up to three times to contact an individual to verify any e911 details that are believed to be incorrect. If they can't be reached after the last attempt then the account is put in a blocked state until the details can be verified.
