hi
i just got the configuration file yesterday and i already have sipura 2000 analog adapter which i am already using with another voip from line 1. i am tryig to hook up fpl number with same adapter on line 2 as it has 2 ports, i did all configuration and i even get dial tone as well but when i try to make call it says THAT PASSWORD IS NOT VALID, i cant recieve any phone calls either, i called tech support for fpl but as usual no help, anybody can help me out plz?

I usually find their tech support very good. Much better than when I used to call Bell.
The only suggestions I can make is to double check the username (your FPL number including the initial 1) and password you are using.
Remember that your password is not the same as when you were just using the softphone. If you copy and paste the password from the online sip settings page, or from an email, be careful as sometimes it will add in an extra space at the end. Then just be careful with the other letters in the password. Look out for caps, O and 0 (zero) - 1 (one), I (capital i) l - etc. Sometimes the font can make a lot of letters look the same. When I have had trouble like this in the past I have copied the password into a word processor and changed it to different fonts so I can be sure what the characters are (and if a space got copied in also).
If all else fails, ask FPL to change your password and give a different one a shot.
