Hi,
I have resolved some issues with regards to registering my phone however some still exist.
I have successfully registered my phone and when making calls it works perfectly and I can hear everything. However over the time span of about an hour is completely stops working properly. The phone remains registered with my Freephoneline account but when making calls or receiving calls their is no voice or audio. The call is connected by I cant hear anybody and the person on the other end can't hear me.
I am able to temporarily fix the problem by un-registering my Cisco SPA504G and registering with a softphone. Once registered with the softphone and then un-registering the softphone, to register BACK to my Cisco SPA504G then the phone works perfectly and I am able to hear again.
Has anyone ever encounter this, perhaps have some advice to fix the problem. Your help is greatly appreciated.
