Cannot make a long distance call

Hi, I just purchased a $5 desktop long distance credit.
I'm trying to make a call to China, but for some reason it failed

Check my account information
Your freephoneline number is: (778) xxx-xxxx
Your account balance is: $ 5.00

Can anyone help me out?

What was the error message?

What kind of number were you trying to call? Landline? Mobile?

Best idea is to PM FPL-Steve with all the details (ie: your full account, number dialed, time/date etc). He can usually look into the FPL-side logs and see what error popped up on their end.
