Hello everyone;
I have a problem with my account.
I can receive incoming call and also I can make a local call but I can not make a long distance call , and when I dialed a long distance call I just get a busy-tone and I did not get any error message.
I check difference number format but I can't fix it.
By the way, I charged my account for $ 5 .
I will be happy if someone could help me.
Thank you;
Eck
I can't make a log-distance call

Dialing pattern
Where is the destination number that you are trying to call to?
Are you using the default softphone, or an ATA, or another softphone?
Depending on these two things, there are some areas to check ... if it is the default softphone that comes from FreePhoneLine, then make sure that you are formatting the input of your destination number correctly ... IE:
{LD Access #} {Country Code} {City Code} {Phone Number}
1 604 283 2011 {default North American Style Number}
011 44 1234 567890 {sample UK style number}
011 886 98 765 4321 {sample Chinese style number}
Most likely, if it is an overseas number, are you perhaps forgetting the 011??
Just double check that you are formatting the number correctly. Spaces, dashes, etc are not required, but the leading digits are.
If you are using an ATA or another softphone, there may be a dial-string configuration issue somewhere else to do with a missing/incorrect translation - check your documentation/FAQ for the individual product.
If you can post us a 'masked out' number and some more information, maybe we can help!
Hope this helps!
