Hi,
I wanted to add a "Follow me number" in the "CALL FOLLOW ME SETTINGS" Tab.

I enter my 10 digit Cell number and choose the number of ring to try and click on the "ADD" button

I get a pop up Error message saying "This number is already used as a FollowMe number by someone else"

I would appreciate your quick reply in this mater.

Very odd, first time I hear of this problem in the forum here and I have pretty well read it end-to-end.

Only quick suggestion from me at this point would be to try entering your 11D number (1-npa-nxx-line) as opposed to 10D.

Any reason that you can think of that someone else would use your number as a forward number? How long have you had the number? Try the 11D thing and see if that resolves it.

Failing that, PM FPL-Steve or FPL-Lauren, or even break down and call the support number or email.

I`m going to move this topic over to the correct forum, as it doesn`t relate to our mobile app where it was posted.

Have you ever had a freephoneline account in the past? Or did you recently have that cell number assigned to you?

Every once and a while I'll come across someone who had signed up in the past to try the service, stopped using it for a while, and ended up signing up again when they came back to it.

Regardless, if you can't figure it out, feel free to PM me your current number and your cell number and I will look into it.

Hi All,
first of all thanks a lot to everyone for your quick reply. you guys are very good in replying back and sorting out issues.
I figured out the problem. I have been moving my family from their Regular Phone company to FPL. I had signed up for 2 accounts. 1 for me and 2nd for my brother and even bought the SIP configuration for it too and its working great so far, then lately I signed up for the 3rd account for my sister and used my Cell number in question on her account under the Followme settings.

So that's why the system is not allowing me to use the same number for my account as its being used on sisters account.

So, here is my question?
If i have 2 accounts with FPL and want to use both the accounts to "Followme" on to my cell number it will not work.?

It will not. 2 accounts cannot follow on same outside # and to any inside #.
