Hi
I am new to FPL and totally a non-tech person. I have a Bell Canada Internet connection and a regular Bell Modem and home router (I think its 2701 HG-G). I am unable to find the IP for the device. Current connections are as follows -
1. Bell Modem router connected to computer
2. SPA3102 connected to Bell MR on line 1 (ethernet on SPA to line 1 on Bell)
When I try to access the IP address I get from CMD, it takes me to google page. If I try to connect the SPA 3102 to my computer directly, still cannot get to the page where I can configure SAP3102.
Please help provide step by step instructions to configure this device.
Thanks
Need help to configure SPA3102 with Bell Modem-Router

You can hook an analog phone upto your ATA and use some old fashioned DTMF dialing to get the ATA's IP address.
Follow the steps here:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_i ... _quick.pdf
Basically,
Dial "****" - that's 4 stars.
When prompted dial "110" and listen to the ip address spoken.
