Long distance with home phone?
I went on the website to see about long distance vouchers so I can use it with my home phone, and noticed desktop and mobile vouchers. Does one or the other apply towards calling using a home phone? Or are they only valid with the softphone or a mobile device?

Re: Long distance with home phone?
If I am not mistaken, the voucher can be applied to anything freephoneline offers. At least for the windows soft phone, and SIP settings. I have not personally experienced the other services, but I cannot see what the problem would be.

The 'desktop' vouchers are essentially tied to your SIP line with us and can be used in both the softphone or your ATA.

I'm pretty sure what Pete is asking is that if he buys a voucher, can he use it with his home line *AND* mobile phone app? Assuming he is talking about the dialer app that dials FPL access numbers for you...

no no, I want to use it with my ata device. That last sentence I think was confusing. I just meant if the softphone or mobile vouchers were the only options.tbrummell wrote:I'm pretty sure what Pete is asking is that if he buys a voucher, can he use it with his home line *AND* mobile phone app?
