Moved from Windsor to London... can I get a new number?
When people call my current number in London, they're told long distance will apply. So essentially my number is now useless to me. I tried creating a new account, but the activation code would not send to my cell phone (presumably because it is already attached to my Windsor account).

If that is the case, and you don't need your other number anymore, you can try deleting your account.
Log into your account > Click on Account Settings tab at top >click this link "If you wish to delete your account click here."
From what I remember it will tell you if you can't use the cell number you entered rather than not send it. Maybe try another cell to set the account up and then change it after, or call in and ask tech support to fix it.
