A quick power cycle can fix this. The message waiting indicator may take up to 10 minutes to realize that there are no new messages, but unplugging the device for a couple minutes should remove the MWI. If that doesn't work, please PM me with more information.

I too am having issues with voicemail appearing but no messages. I keep getting the fast tone and blinking light on my phone while there are no messages in the server system. I tried untplugging the ATA box for 5 min but same result. How do I clear my voicemail indicator?
