havent gotten my ata yet

hey, i ordered an ata from fpl on act 3rd and was told i would get it in 7 business days. its now 2 weeks passed and i havent gotten anything...... what is going on? i hope it wasnt lost, will i be down 60 bucks?

When FPL have mailed me things they have come in a couple of days, usually by carrier.

We send the all our residential equipment out by FedEx Ground. If FedEx loses a package, we send out a new one at no cost to you (that's our battle with FedEx not yours ;)).

If you're getting an ATA, then you've also got your SIP settings. That being said, would you mind looking at those and PM'ing me your account number (six digits) so that I may look into it?
