When you say you do not receive calls from Fido or Rogers, what happens? do they go straight to voicemail?

If so, I had a similar problem which was codec related. In my ATA I had to change 'use preferred codec only' to no (it was originally YES). Otherwise it was just trying to use G729a which some phones were not using - so they got sent straight to voicemail. Now what it will do is try different codecs until it finds one it likes. I use a PAP2T which probably has a similar menu setting to your SPA, so have a look in there under codecs to make sure you are allowing it to use more than one codec.

It must be their Rogers/Fido switchboard (maybe just one of their multiple ones) that is pointing to the wrong switchboard (must point a FPL one). If it's the case, the fastest way to correct that, is: from their cellular, they (you) call 611 - Repair - to tell them that your specific phone # is wrongly routed.

Through Canadian Competitve Bureau, FPL can take care of it. It's not really their job and it takes more time to correct contacting your (FPL) repair department.
