Hi everyone,
I've been using FPL for almost three years now. I had my SIP since 2009 and I love the service! I also got my parents to move over to FPL and the savings are truly amazing. Anyways, I recently got a new phone through Petro-Canada Mobility (a Rogers reseller) and when I try to call my cell from home, I get charged. The number is (289)772-XXXX (Oakville). I did a test to make sure it was Oakville:

I just wanted to know what I have to do to get it to become local? It might just be that FPL's database needs updating, but I just wanted to know how long that will take.
Thanks!
