Strange thing has been happening...when I receive a call, after 20 minutes, audio drops and I can't hear the person calling, but they can hear me. Always happens at the 20 minute mark. If I hang up and call back, the issue is gone.
Any thoughts?

This sounds like a NAT issue to me - can you please provide more details on your setup?

Re: Issues with audio dropping after 20 minutes
I have a Linksys PAP2 for my ATA. I am on Primus DSL (with dryloop), using a Netgear N600 Router with QoS matched to MAC address of the ATA attached to an Asus unmanaged gigabit switch (with ATA plugged into the VIP port). All network cabling is CAT6.
The router is port forwarded UDP on a range of ports 10000 to 20000.
ATA is using firmware version 5.1.6 (LS), Hardware version 5.1.5, Preferred CODEC is G711u with "use pref codec" set to "no". G729a is also enabled. No other codec's are enabled. Dial rule is;
(911|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|011xxxxxxxxxxxx.|98*|[6-7]x*xxxxxxxxxxx|<411:18002464411>|.)
Let me know if you need any other information.
Thanks,
Cory

Re: Issues with audio dropping after 20 minutes
Just to ensure we're troubleshooting with as simple of a setup as possible, if you connect the ATA directly to the Netgear router (leaving the unmanaged switch out of the picture), does it yield the same results?
Also, for temporary testing, try putting the ATA in the DMZ of the Netgear. You shouldn't leave it like this, as it does leave the ATA very vulnerable, but if the disconnections don't happen, then we can narrow it down to a custom port forwarding rule needed for the SIP ports too (as you mentioned only port forwarding the RTP port range right now).

Re: Issues with audio dropping after 20 minutes
I will try these things over the weekend and report back. Thanks for the suggestions!
