No ring

Ports are forwarded as outlined @ http://portforward.com/ and PAP2T is configured as outlined on this site, yet the phone will not ring (goes directly to voice mail). I suspect there may be a problem. Is anyone having the same issue?

Spoke at length with Tech Support. One bright guy told me to cycle the ATA and router and it solved my problem.
