So, are you selling your 2wire modem? <j/k> Do you even have an FPL sip device? Your post looks more like a spam.

EDIT:

Now that your post was edited by admin, it does not look like a spam anymore. So, when you read this, post more about your configuration. Did you have your phone working before? Did you put back the cords exactly as they were before you unplugged them? In short, post as much information as you can so that the community would be able to help you.

No matter, I still maintain my original position that your post is a spam.

Nelson, I appreciate your enthusiasm however I advise you not to post your phone number in a thread as it encourages annoying phone calls at 3:00am.

Please be aware that not everyone here is a staff member of freephoneline.ca, so be careful what you post or who you invite to call you (not to say all of you guys have dubious intentions, but I wouldn't invite someone on a message board to call me at 2:00am either). See the below groups for FPL staff members:

Board Moderators

Before your line stopped working, did you do any port forwarding on the 2Wire router? If that was the case, unplugging everything once your internet went out would have changed the IP address of the SIP device, therefore you may need to do it again - To do so, see: http://www.portforward.com.

From what you've told us, I can assure you that this problem has 100% to do with your internet going out and 0% to do with the actual freephoneline.ca service; that being said, this also means it should be quite a bit easier to resolve.

For future reference, if your internet goes down, your phone will as well. I would suggest simply powering off your 2Wire router for 10 - 25 seconds and plugging it back in will fix 90% of the issues you may experience.

To further cu2o2o2's comment, I would suggest even though I can understand how frustrating this is, posts of large text and bold letters are often ignored by non-admin's and moderators because they are considered spam.
