Can you have more than one phone number on ONE ATA???
Is it possible to have more than one phone number on 1 ATA ?? Customer service has advised me that I cannot purchase another configuration file to use for the other port on my ATA because it may appear that I am using the ATA for business purposes. I would like to use the other port on my ATA. Is this possible?

Yep! All our ATAs we sell have two lines, so you do have the option to buy a config file for another number at any time!
Out of curiosity, if you remember the name of the customer service agent you spoke to please send it to me in a private message. They should not have told you that you couldn't buy another config file because it appeared you were using it for business... I don't even know how they would come to that assumption. I'd love to look into this further if you remember who it was
