Every time I enter voicemail, I get a long recorded message

Whenever I check my voicemail, I'm first hit with a recorded message indicating how long the messages are saved for. "Dear valued customer, your normal capacity for voicemail messages is y number of messages, which will be saved x days. Please note, voicemail messages older than x days will be deleted after 10 days. Thank you for your attention."

Is there a way to stop this message from being played every time I check my voicemail?

There's no way currently to stop this but Steve mentioned on another post that it will be removed in the near future.

This will be removed by the start of the new week - I'm unsure if it will be done over the weekend or not, but it's on the agenda for the beginning of the week
