FPL software run but cant find the window

My FPL softphone app start but the window is not showing. I know that it is running because if some one call me I hear the phone ring but I dont have the window to anser the call. I look in the process and I see it running.

I uninstall the softphone app and Java and redo the installation and it is always the same thing.
Why is my softphone app not showing on my desk?

Any body have a solution on that?

Do you see the Freephoneline application in the bottom-right taskbar area (assuming it's Windows)? If so, you can try right-clicking on it and press show/hide. Also try 'Change User' as it will close, re-open and prompt you for username & password. Do you see the incoming call allow/deny box? I know this is Java so it may help to provide that information.

Yes I see the Freephoneline application in the bottom-right taskbar area but cant do any thing with it (double cli, right clic etc) nothing appen. No acces to 'Change User' as it will close, re-open and prompt you for username & password. I dont see incomming call, just the phone ring.
Java is 6 update 24.

Hmm that is an odd issue. Have you tried removing any instance of Java as well as the Freephoneline application, reboot your computer, then reinstall the latest version of Java, then FPL softphone? I believe there is a newer version of Java then 24. Have you tried disabling some other programs from starting up or having nothing running and see if it launches? Is it possible your antivirus might have blocked it? If it is Windows you could try starting the computer in Diagnostic Startup and see if it launches (Start>msconfig>diagnostic startup). Otherwise, which Operating System are you using?

Every thin that you said as been try, still dont see that windows.
I ham now to the next step.... format the computer.

Did you track it down? Assuming Win7?

Mine hides on my task bar, and I need to use the "ARROW" for "show HIDDEN ICONS" -- it usually likes to go and live there when minimized.

That said, on Win7, my software FREQUENTLY stops working altogether and attempting to switch to it causes my computer to FREEZE up. Need to do a CTRL-ALT-DEL to pop up TASKMANAGER to shut it down ... buggy software, IMHO.
