I am a new user. The voice quality was good enough in the past 2 weeks, but there was a problem of poor voice quality today.
I could hear friends, but they could not me hear me well. Aabout 80%, sometimes 0%.
I opened ports in router.
BTW, I used free Gmail call to make a comparison at the same time, and Gmail call worked pretty well.
Does anyone has suggestion?
Thanks
friends could not hear me well

Yeah, your internet connection sucks.
The reason why gtalk sounds better is that is uses a much more tolerant codec when it comes to jitter that comes from crappy internet connections.
To make sure it is your internet connection, try this test periodically. http://myspeed.visualware.com/servers/n ... erate.com/
If it is your internet connection at fault, scream bloody murder to your ISP. It is in their interest to intentionally introduce jitter on VOIP connections. Make sure they know that is not acceptable.

I had a similar issue .. it was solved by adding the FPL software to the "allow" list on my firewall.
In case you haven't tried that.

FPL is great for small business local numbers in different Canadian cities.
