poor outgoing connection
Just wondering if there are any current network problems. When using the phone, people on the other end have said that my outgoing audio sounds broken up, as if there is a bad signal. Its happened on numerous phone calls and through a couple different channels on the phone. The problem is quite recent as it seemed to work fine yesterday, or at least no-one on the other end of the phone complained about it. Just wondering, thanks!!

Re: poor outgoing connection
Is this problem with the SOFTPHONE application provided by FPL or using an ATA or 3rd party softphone?
If it is with the FPL softphone, try rebooting your machine before the outgoing call, and making sure that there is nothing else "TRAFFIC-INTENSIVE" going on, such as a behind-the-scenes Windows update or any peer-to-peer file xfers. This should all but eliminate your poor quality audio, ASSUMING that you have a decent underlying internet connection!
