Not Able to make long distance phone calls

Hello I have a Linksys PAP2T with a dial plan
(911|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|011xxxxxxxxxxxx.|98*|[6-7]x*xxxxxxxxxxx.)
I purchase some credits for my account and now when i try to make a long distance phone call I just get a busy signal
don't know if this might help but number i am trying to call is 504 and 8 more numbers. So to make a call it would be 011504 and the eight numbers. I see in the 011 option there, that there are 12 x, i tried it changing it to 11 x and still doesn't work, any ideas??
The error that i get is "Invalid number format (incomplete number)"

You should just be able to dial 504-XXX-XXXX, or try 1-504-XXX-XXXX

You shouldn't need to dial 011

The recommended dial string from FPL is:

(911|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|011xxxxxxxxxxxx.|98*|[6-7]x*xxxxxxxxxxx.)

It looks similar to yours but not sure if the x's are the same (too lazy to count). Assuming you're calling Honduras, I believe you will need 011+504+2+seven-digit-phone-number for landline and 011+504+(3,7,8 or 9)+seven-digit-phone-number for cell. This site might be helpful:

If it still fails maybe send the number and someone can test from their device.

the dial string is the same
the number i am trying to call is 504 xxxxxxxx
011+504 i get a busy signal. if i look in the call log i get - Invalid number format (incomplete number) TIGO MOBILE
1+504 does not go through
01+504 busy signal. this is for calling the states, in call log i get - Normal call clearing Louisiana
If I try calling using another provider call goes through.
any ideas?

Odd -- throw a PM to either Steve or Kris with the complete number you are trying to call and they should be able to sort you out with that; with the updates that have happened, there is a chance that something on the server side of things at FPL may be out of sorts and may need one of Steve/Kris's "special little tweaks".

Either of them is usually pretty quick at getting it dealt with once they have the relevant information!
