1-866-515-5550 Keeps calling

I keep getting phone calls from FPL 1-866-515-5550 and when I answer no one is there. Call FPL and the first time they didn't know why 2nd time same thing then he said maybe its to update the 911 info so we did. 3rd time she said she can see I called the day before with the same thing so she did something and said it should stop know. 4th time it was the same tech I talked to before and he looked over my account and said he would make a ticket for the programers to look at
then it stopped over Christmas but today it started again. also it started after I ported my number. My wife & I work shift work so this has woke us up a few times. Its hard to get upset with something that is free! But please make it stop.

This may be as a result of several marketing campaigns designed to peak interest in our other services. I would suggest calling in to speak with a supervisor about this as they'd have the ability to ask that you be removed, if not direct access to remove you depending on who you are connected with. Before you do this, would you mind messaging me your phone number with us (the one which was ported) so that I may look into the account for any obvious reason they'd be calling you aside from said campaigns?
