Are you calling us from your freephoneline? If so, try the 226 support numbers are the bottom of our contact page. Or any of the support numbers should work from a landline. The phone system itself is fine, but for some reason incoming SIP calls to it have been problematic on some of the numbers.henry81 wrote:I've tried to call FPL order desk many times yesterday and today.
