Account not activated

I registered for FPL and got a number .I also ordered ATA device with a preconfigured configuration file which I was using with no issues until i port an old fido number to my account.Now whenever i dial any number from my FPL it gives me a message " Account not activated ". Any suggestions please?

When you ported over your number, did you change the username in your ATA?

The username for the SIP details is whatever your phone number is, so when you ported your number your username changed.

hi jake ! I did not the username in ATA , but when i see my SIP username it shows my new no however my SIP status says " disconnected".

Hi kifal,

your number has indeed been porting (completed) all you need to do is change the numberi n your ATA device (remembering to place the 1 before the area code (1-xxx-xxx-xxxx)

kifal, I would suggest you look in our device configuration section to try and find your device first. If it's not there or you're unable to figure it out we'd be glad to help.
