As the pages turn quickly to close out 2011, I would like to take this opportunity to personally wish all the forum participants the very best for 2012! 2011 was pretty good (well, not really for me, but it turned around in the last 45 days!), and has seen a lot of changes for the FPL community. We can all look forward to 2012.

User-to-user insight is also invaluable in its own right. Top down support solves most of the problems, but us users tend to find new and exciting (and spectacular) ways to break things that tech support can only begin to imagine!
We also tend to find more bugs through intensive off-label use of the product/program --- and then run to YOU for help when we encounter difficulties!
I find the forum to be very helpful and awfully entertaining. Two great reasons to keep coming back!
