I've purchase credit of $5 for my FPL. When I tried to make an international call, I'm getting message "end". The # I was calling was like 011 followed by 11 digits. (Eg. 01112345678901)
Can anyone please help me? Is the code entered is correct (Ie. 011 followed by my 11 digits?)
The following is my dial plan.
(911S0|<211:4163924605>S0|<311:4163922489>S0|x11S0|*xxS0|[2-9]xxxxxxxxxS0|1xxxxxxxxxx|011xxxxxxxxxxxx.|1900x.!|1809x.!|1976x.!)
Thanks.

Re: Cannot make long distance call
Boon, ignore my previous PM as I responded to that prior to seeing this thread.
If the call is ending before it begins, and is not showing up in the call logs, it is most certainly your dialing plan that is at fault here.
I would try to take the one from your SIP settings (granted you are using a Linksys / Sipura ATA - If you're using a Grandstream, please use the one supplied in Device Configurations section), and slowly apply your custom speed dials etc.. to it until it eventually fails for international numbers. That last entry would be the culprit.
In a dial string, 'x' represents a digit, and a period essentially means "may continue"; I would suggest changing 011xxxxxxxxxxxx. to 011xx.

Re: Cannot make long distance call
Thanks Kris. I could make an international call after updating the dial plan to 011xx.
