I called from my Clearpointel Montreal Quebec number (514-447-XXXX) to my relatives in Cornwall Ontario that is (343-370-XXXX) which are supposed to be free. Calls to Cornwall Ontario at (343-370-XXXX) from Montreal Quebec (514-447-XXXX) are NOT free.
What happened to calls being FREE across Canada, anybody knows?

I am assuming that you have not yet forwarded this concern on to Steve? Taking that assumption, I will do so for you and it should soon be rectified!!

Steve -- PM'd you re this, there are LOTS of 613-nxx's that are CORNWALL ratecentres that are tariffed as FREE it the ratelookup tool ... See I was able to call other (613-933-xxxx) phone numbers located in Cornwall Ontario for over 4 years but recently a relative moved and Telus provided her with a new phone number starting with (343-370-XXXX) in Cornwall Ontario and a message saying "I DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH OF SUFFICIENT FUNDS" after i tried contacting her new number several times.
I am a very happy customer and I hate to ask but will there be any update on this?

Official PM back from Steve to me (sorry that I did not post earlier) was that CORNWALL is not officially ON-NET (free). I did a quick plug thru the ratechecker of ALL the other npa-nxx's of Cornwall, and all but 1 other WERE free. This could therefore be an ERROR on FPL's part, much in the way that they corrected the 807-error, Winnipeg & Halifax LCA's ...

I was curious and thought it would be easy to double check as TheHardy did all the work (finding all the NXX for Cornwall).
So yes all those NXX belong to Cornwall. 209 though belongs to Iristel so I thought this was a number that slipped through FPL's fingers but 703 also belongs to Iristel and is a free call.
My bet is Steve or Kris will read this and in sometime in the day it will be fix.
