Anybody tried forwarding to a number of 587 area code?
Why it doesn't work?

An area code is generally too vague of an area to look at. We look at NPA-NXX, otherwise known as the first six digits of a phone number. NPA-NXX determines what rate centre (city) the number is located in. Then we can see if it's on the free calling list or not.

The forwarding number is 587-782-XXXX.
