I just got a call from 403-879-9828. It's debt consolidator.
Is this number belong to FPL?
I suspect that because I got same block 403-879-XXXX.

You better ban them.

It's definitely against TOS. If it's use for small business, it should be OK but use the number to annoy ppl is unacceptable.

BTW, I didn't know the number can be ported out of FPL?

Jake is correct - Fibernetics CLEC is who owns the block of numbers. Numbers may be used for their own services, our services, or endless amounts of wholesale (all smaller VOIP providers will buy numbers from a CLEC because they themselves are not one). We watch the Fongo services very closely for abuse, so this type of calling wouldn't get past us. The number unfortunately is owned by a third party provider somewhere or is being spoofed.
