i try to log in in fongo apps (android,iphon,desktop,webpage)and can't getting rong user or password with my freephoneline user and password
so i say to mysef maybe freephoneline user not working on fongo so i try to made a user on fongobut when i have recive the email to confirm i clic on the link and get on a page saying

I am getting the same error on my iPhone. So I tried to create my account on the P/C and I get an error message as well:
"Error!
The following error occured:"
Ther is no actual error message. I tried a few times and I cannot proceed.
Let's back up... When I get to the page to select my province and city there is a message on the right with the following message:
"Sorry, select another region
We currently don’t have a phone number available in your area code. But you can still use the service in an alternate province / city if you want a number in a different calling area.
For example if you have friends and family in Toronto they will be able to call you locally if you select a Toronto number. Because great times can happen anywhere."
I select Ontario and Ottawa and the system auto-generates a number for me. Once I select "Yes", I receive the error message.

Is it that there are no more numbers available in the Ottawa area? But the system is still trying to generate them and when I select one, it triggers the error?
A call to tech support has resolved my issue. It was a problem with my first attempt to get a number that put my account into error status. They reset my account and I'm up and running now.
