Hi There,
I downloaded this dell voice app on my Android Samsung Galaxy S2 and logged in. It Says FONGO CONNECTION FAILED and shows a red phone receiver on the top with a cross mark. When i went in to the account tab, under phone number it shows loading..... and it never works. I tried to restart the phone and app several times but never worked. I have purchased $20 credit also still no connection.
Please help.
