Distorted Audio

For the last few days I have had a very hard time trying to make phone calls. The person on the other end breaks up so much I cant hear them. Any solutions?

What is this Kwic ISP you have here? And what is the speed of your... DSL? Cable?

There is no indication of speed or type on http://www.kwic.com/...

Kwic is my local internet supplier. Not sure of my connection speed but I download at 50kb a second. Service used to work great incoming and outgoing until the last couple updates. I was hoping today's update would have solved the issue but didn't.

If it's 50kbps it is dial up and VoIP will not work on dialup.

Do you mean 50MBps?
