[Resolved] Follow Me Number, Voice Mail Greeting not working

Signed up for a Dell Voice 514 522 XXXX number.
I have 2 problems.

Problem 1
When I call the 514 522 XXXX number my iPhone rings 1 1/2 times and I get a message "The user you are trying to reach is unavailable, please leave a message". I am forwarding to my Rogers cell number 416 471 XXXX
Configured the Call Follow Me number setting:
Follow me status : Enable
Follow me mode: Always Call Forward

UPDATE: problem solved by changing Rings from 1 to 6

Problem 2
When I disable the Call Follow Me, and I do not answer the call, my iPhone rings 4 times as configured, then the voice mail responds with "The user you are trying to reach is unavailable, please leave a message". I have recorded a personal greeting - I expected callers would hear my personal greeting.
Configured the Call Follow Me number setting:
Follow me status : Disable
Follow me mode: Always Call Forward

UPDATE: looks like this problem has resolved itself. Maybe takes a while for the configuration to update
