[resolved] No ringtone

Hi, I just installed Dell Voice in my iphone 4s and ipad 2. the problem is when there is an incoming call, no ringtone. The incoming call displayed on the ipad's screen, but not on iphone. Any suggentions are more than welcome. Thank you very much.

Now iphone 4s suddenly can ring, but not ipad2. Toally lost :(

Only one softphone can be running at a time - so if you start it on both then they'll be battling for registration on our server and whichever one connected last is the one which will ring.

Thank you for your reply. The problem is that I do have 2 different phone numbers running in ipone 4s and ipad. Even I used ipad call iphone, the iphone was working well, ringtone is loud. But for ipad, whatever I tried, it was silent, but the incoming call did display on the screen.

This problem is not resolved. Seems no one can resolve it. LOL Ok, it's a free service, no one care.

As we mentioned, both will need individual accounts. At present time our system does not support multiple software connections to one account.
