Touch-Tone Issue
So I am currently using the desktop version, thought I'd give this a try and so far dissapointed with the touch-tone service. I tried 10 times to log into my telephone banking and every time the touch-tone did not recognize my 13 digit access card number. I then called myself and was entering random digits on my computer keypad to hear how the touch-tone was coming in, and it was all broken up. No wonder I couldn't log into telephone bankig. I have never had this problem with Skype's Call Out service so I know this has nothing to do with my computer or network settings. I have a 20/mbps downstream and 512/kbps upstream cable connection, directly connected to the router and not going over wifi.

Re: Touch-Tone Issue
In the desktop client settings, go to other, and change the DTMF type. I think by default it is in band, switch it to Info. Or vice versa.

I will try that as soon as I get the chance and I'll post back. Thanks!

Re: Touch-Tone Issue
Neither one works. With the Info(SIP) setting I keep getting requested to enter my access card number, as if it didnt recognize any key I pressed. With the default In-band(tone) setting the request for access card number stops (therefore I know the keys are going through) but it's always with errors and I get a message that the card number entered is invalid.
