Cant even sign up LMAO!

Ive been trying to hook up for 3 hrs now, I get the call from the automated lady, but when i punch in my 3 digit PIN, it just hangs there, like its stupid and doesn't know whats happening. Ive made 3 calls to tech, each time they didn't have an answer but instead said to keep getting the calls and trying my pin. That is hillarious!

Already not worth the "FREE" they have plastered all over the site... seems like a number stealing scam to me lol, since i have now in the last hour had 2 odd numbers call me, one saying my car insurance is going to lapse or something (which i do not have lol) and another saying i owe rogers money (which i don't lol)....

Neither of those calls are related to us or our service.

Fibernetics is a registered and licensed CLEC provider in Canada. If we were a "scam" we would loose our CLEC license very fast.
If you are having issues signing up, why not ask us for an alternative option? I would gladly volunteer to manually over-ride this and sign you up an account in our system.

It seems like jumping to conclusions and writing messages like this in our forum certainly won't help. We'd be more than willing to help you, it's what they pay us to do...
