Can't use my existing FPL account with DellApp and I have to create a new profile just to use it, using the same username and password. What gives. The only thing I don't get is the same phone number as I did when I signed up with FPL.

I also have same question, I know that if I try to use my FPL username and password to sign in Dell Voice it keep saying "wrong user name or password" my sama question do I have to register to Dell Voice when I want to use say my Android phone? TIA

Tagging along, i wanted to use my FPL number on Dell voice since it gives me the ability to dial out from my cell phone as that number.

Dell voice and FPL are two separate entity's essentially. Being registered for FPL means you can use FPL and FPL only. Dell voice will require it's own registration as the information is kept on different databases.
