Cant recover password

I try to use the record password, but the password that I receive in the email doesnt make any sense. I do copy/paste. Doesnt work. I try to type it in manually, and that doesnt work either. How do I get my password if what you send is characters that your system doesnt accept? You're sending me a password such as this (incomplete): ?=??|?B??
