Can't receive incoming calls

I m living in Toronto ..and the phone number I registered is 647 ########

I need help to figure this out, I installed DV app in my IPHONE 3GS , Ongoing calls worked well. I can use DV to call other cellphone or homeland . However,when someone tried to call me, she told me there's no "DU ....DU.....DU...."sound..just direct jumped into voice mail box. we tried many times at home .. I find my phone seems couldn't receive any incoming calls . (when anyone call my dell voice ,nothing happening at my screen) Can you help me to fix it ?

I just signed up for a new account and am in the same situation as you.

Have a 647 number, but it's not working for incoming calls.

It's actually saying the person you are trying to reach is unavailable. Is this the same problem you're experiencing?

OK,

So I gave Fongo a call and they just enabled my FollowMe setting, then disabled my FollowMe setting and that seemed to resolve the issue.

yes this is the same ...cuz I customized my voice mail box greeting already ...the defaut greeting is "the person you are trying ....."
