No mater what I do, nothing happens and I have to force phone by completely shutting the phone down and restart in order for the phone to function again.
After they stop using their end for internet all is functioning normal

Dell Voice App unresponsive (Locks the phone)
When using Dell Voice app and calling someone that is busy (other party using their end as dialup for internet as well as phone) the app shows busy but becomes unresponsive.
No mater what I do, nothing happens and I have to force phone by completely shutting the phone down and restart in order for the phone to function again.
After they stop using their end for internet all is functioning normal
