I got an email stating the number I was porting to FPL has been completed.. I updated my ATA by changing the username to the ported number.. however, I cannot make calls or even receive them. WHen i try to make a call, it states "This account number is not valid"... Same as when I try to dial the number from another phone.
Please help.. It has been 24 hrs without the home phone.
